How do I go about applying?

You can also complete the
Contact Us
form and we will contact
you usually within 1 to 2 hours. We will do an
initial assessment which
includes completing the Occupant Information Form.
Once complete you can move in as quickly as an
hour from the time the assessment is complete.
How long does the assessment
process take?
The process takes about an hour.
What are the specific requirements?
You must
follow the
House
Policies,
House Rules, and
Occupant
Responsibilities. Also, you should have the
ability, or be working toward the ability, to pay the occupancy fee of
$15.00/day, $3.33/child/day and .83/day for utilities.
This totals $425 per month or $106.25 per week,
plus $25.00 per month utility charge. Fees are also negotiated on a sliding scale case by case basis as there are
situations where the fee can be
broken down in smaller increments to help those that are not
initially in a position to pay the occupancy fee.
How many
woman/children can be housed at
one time?
This depends on the
availability of space and the gender/ages of the children.
How long can a client/family stay?
The length of time a client/family resides at The Trinity House varies,
typically a minimum of 6 months but no more than 2 years. We like to see clients progress toward
their goals and set the goal to transition when feasible, based upon
individual circumstances. Each client is evaluated on a case by case basis.
